Under Jamaican law, all cannabis-related businesses must comply with CLA regulations.

Terms & Conditions

Route420 Jamaica Farmer Agreement:

  • Rastafarian farmers keep 100% of all bookings — 0% platform fee.
  • Micro farmers keep 95% of all bookings — 5% platform fee.
  • Premium resorts keep 90% of all bookings — 10% concierge fee.
  • You are responsible for providing safe, clean accommodation.
  • You must comply with all Jamaican laws regarding cannabis and tourism.
  • Route420 Jamaica reserves the right to remove listings that violate terms.
  • You may cancel your listing at any time with 30 days notice.
